三 | 面对这些纷繁复杂的套路，别说互联网经验不足的老年人，就是年轻网民也难免上当。私域直播之所以成为“坑老”利器，正是因为其“私域”的封闭特性，致使监管难以覆盖。其一，技术监测存在被动性。私域直播依托微信群、小程序等封闭生态，内容传播呈现“去中心化”的特征。私域场景下直播内容分散于海量私有化应用中，监管部门难以通过传统技术手段实现实时监测其二，证据固定困难。这些直播套路往往采用“播完即关”“闪群营销”等方式，导致违法证据留存周期极短。加之老年群体普遍数字素养不足，鲜少保存聊天记录、录屏等证据，事后难以追查侵权对象。其三，用户锚定精准。这些直播瞄准的正是愿意“换鸡蛋”的老人，受害老人“购买意愿”的转化率畸高。在虚拟的赛博空间里关起门来也很容易实施“洗脑”，再加上机器人暖场、虚拟评论等骗术，可能整个直播空间里唯有受害老人是“真人”，其他都是“赛博托儿”，这让私域直播成了精准的“杀猪盘”。

五 | 市场监管总局已直接约谈相关平台企业，要求压实主体责任，并正部署全链条“穿透式”监管。面向不特定用户的直播，哪里可能是“私域”？无非是一些平台揣着明白装糊涂，故意藏污纳垢，将私域直播变成精准坑老的“杀猪盘”。私域直播接受严格监管是必然趋势，从来不存在法外之地。
